Decent rooms, disappointing service.
poor service untrained staff
The rooms were beautiful and spacious.
The service was quite poor for the price I paid. Staff seemed poorly trained. They didn't behave as expected in a hotel of this supposed quality. One day, I went to reception to buy sunscreen but they had none available, surprising for a beach hotel.
